Lynn
Lynn has always felt that working with children and families is exactly what she’s meant to do. Her journey took a pivotal turn when she met Heather and started working in private practice. She loves the energy, challenges, and growth that come with working with teens. However, Lynn has also had the pleasure of working with adults, which has been an exciting and rewarding part of her time at Silver Leaf. She finds that each client, regardless of age, brings unique perspectives and experiences that continue to shape her growth as a clinician.
One of the things Lynn enjoys most about her role is the collaborative environment at Silverleaf. She feels that the talented team of therapists she works with makes her a better clinician every day. It’s clear that working in such a supportive and positive environment fuels her own passion for helping others, and Lynn is always excited to come together with her colleagues to share ideas, offer support, and learn from one another.
Though Lynn initially set out to become an archaeologist, her experience in Undergrad working with children and families changed the course of her life. After realizing her true calling, she pursued a Master's degree in Social Work, which opened the door to a fulfilling career in therapy. Now, after almost 30 years of experience in the field, Lynn’s devotion to helping people heal and grow has only deepened. Every client’s story adds to her own journey, and she is continually inspired by the strength and resilience of the people she works with.
A proud New Englander (and yes, she has an accent!), Lynn loves all things sports. Whether she’s mountain biking or watching the Patriots on Sundays with her spouse and daughter.
Lynn’s personal and professional experiences have shaped her into a caring, dedicated, and compassionate therapist. She believes in the power of healing and is committed to walking alongside each client on their unique journey to growth and wellness.
